CertusBank N.A. acquires Myers Park Mortgage Inc

CertusBank, N.A. announced today the acquisition of Charlotte based Myers Park Mortgage, Inc. As the leading privately-held mortgage company in Charlotte, Myers Park Mortgage, founded in 1992, is the perfect complement to CertusBank's overall strategy to expand its mortgage business.

The addition of the Myers Park Mortgage offices and its teammates will assist in increasing the bank's growing foothold in the Charlotte market.

The acquisition is pending regulatory approval.
