Jobing Inc acquires WorkMetro Inc

Jobing Inc, announced today the acquisition of WorkMetro, Inc. Today's announcement marks the ninth strategic acquisition for Jobing.com, a three-time Inc. 500� Fastest Growing Company.

Based in San Jose, Calif., WorkMetro operates local employment websites in 22 major markets across the United States, including Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Nashville, Philadelphia, Tampa, Miami, St. Louis, and Raleigh/Durham. WorkMetro was founded in 2003 and venture funded by Bessemer Venture Partners and JAFCO Ventures.
